Moonchild allows you to import existing designs from Figma files or live websites directly into your projects. This feature helps you recreate screens, analyze competitors, or rebuild existing designs with Moonchild.

What You Can Import

You can import from Figma links (public Figma files or frames you have access to) or live URLs (any publicly accessible website). Moonchild reads the design and recreates it as an editable screen in your project.

How To Import From Figma

  1. Copy the Figma file or frame URL from your browser

Connecting Your Figma Account

For direct access to your Figma files, you need to connect your Figma account:

  1. Go to “Profile” > “Integrations.”
  2. Find Figma in the integrations list.
  3. Click "Connect” and authorize Moonchild to access your Figma files.
  4. Once connected, Moonchild can read files directly and recreate them faithfully.

After connecting, you can paste Figma links, and Moonchild reads the file directly rather than just viewing it as an image. This produces more accurate recreations with proper spacing, colors, and component structure.

How To Import From Live Websites

  1. Copy the URL of any publicly accessible website.
