Moonchild's Design Interface is where you generate screens, view variations, and prepare designs for prototyping. The interface consists of three main areas: the chat panel on the left for your chats and project navigation, the central canvas for viewing your designs, and top controls for exporting and sharing.

1. The Left Panel

The chat panel is where you interact with Moonchild AI to generate and refine your designs. It consists of the chat and frame sections.

At the top, you'll see your current project name and a dropdown to switch between projects. It includes buttons to create new chats, view chat history, and take more actions.

Chat Messages

The chat panel serves as both a record of your work and a smart assistant to your needs in the moment.

Prompt Input Field

The input field at the bottom of the chat panel is your central hub for interacting with Moonchild. You can type your requests directly into the text box to design, critique, or explore ideas. Using the quick action buttons below the input, you can click the "+" icon to attach images to your prompt, toggle the middle icon to enable "chat only" mode for standard conversation, or click the "Add DS" button to link a design system to your current project.

2. The Canvas (Center Area)

The canvas is your main workspace. It is an infinite canvas, like most traditional design tools, giving you the freedom to generate as many screens as you want. You can also navigate through each screen on the canvas with the arrow keys on your keyboard.
